Registered Occupational Therapist

Megan Dean is a registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University and her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto.

Megan’s goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers children and their families to build the skills needed for success in everyday life. As a pediatric occupational therapist, she supports children in developing fine and gross motor skills, self-regulation, sensory processing, handwriting, self-care, and social participation among others. Megan uses a play-based and strengths-focused approach to help children reach their goals in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.

She is passionate about collaborating with families to create individualized plans that build confidence, foster independence, and promote meaningful participation at home, school, and in the community. Her certifications include motor issues in autistic children.
