Mabel Agyem is a registered Communicative Disorders Assistant with the Communicative Disorders Assistant Association of Canada (CDAAC) and Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC).
Speech became her passion because of her younger brother. He had severe stuttering from the age of 7 to 14 due to a traumatic experience and stopped communicating altogether. Mabel made it her mission to support him and help those who are disfluent through stuttering, language, and articulation.
She has been a CDA for 4 years and completed a motor speech and fluency course through The Speech & Stuttering Institute. Mabel supports children (ages 4–19) in different settings, including schools and private practice.
We offer a wide range of services: Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis), Psychotherapy, Art Therapy, Autism Services and Our Approach to Neurodiversity services for Children and Teens across Liberty Village, King West, Queen West, The Junction, Bloor West Village, High Park, Roncesvalles, Bloordale Village, Parkdale, Etobicoke, North York, The Annex, Toronto, and surrounding areas.
